In 2019, I made the decision to start coaching full time. Before that, I grew up in a very athletic household and would find any opportunity to move my body. Like clockwork, my favorite workout would draw me in and I would find myself training to be an instructor. You name it, I’ve likely taken the class at least once. Between coaching and my own training, I would be moving my body for a minimum of 28 hours a week, with no idea how to fuel for such grueling exercise. I was drained, losing muscle and mentally burnt out. You can forget about my performance improving. I knew I wasn't alone amongst the members and coaches. They felt this way too.

Fast forward and now I support clients of all fitness levels as they eat for the workout and life of their dreams! I’ve been under the same lights as you, I have had all of the same questions. You deserve to have someone in your corner for life! Let’s do this!

I am a nutrition coach, fiance, step mama, former basketball player, world traveler, martial artist and food-enthusiast. I found the nutrition space when I was tired of waking up feeling sore, sick and tired, Every. Single. Day. I was constantly under fueled and I wasn’t improving in the gym. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I knew I couldn’t play around with my health. Looking to create a game plan for my own nutrition, I got it wrong so many times before I got it right. The nutrition space can be an intimidating and chaotic place to navigate. I’ve been where you are and I can guide you through the noise.

I can help you reach your health, performance and fitness goals through creating maintainable habits that you can repeat for a lifetime. Together we can work to get stronger and have you sleep better, breathe lighter and overall feel the best version of yourself.

I believe in meeting you where you’re at. We can go as slow or as fast as you’re ready for. I want it to be an easy transition for you, but I understand we all have different needs. That is why your nutrition plan is completely unique to you and will be tweaked along the way. Whether you’re an athlete, parent of toddlers or an overworked professional, we can make your goals happen!
